I am searching suitable location and 1 BHK flat in Jaipur, for residential purpose I am buying a flat. I don’t want long drive daily so flat should near city and I need three felicities 1 road, 2 water and 3 electricity, but neighborhood must be professional and best behaved.
I will pay whole money in cash and I don’t want any finance or loan, I don’t want any headache of bankers, brokers they create problem, I don’t like financier man anyhow. Financier and loan providing companies are cheater, I have seen their behave with many people, I know how they talk before finance and what their behave after finance so I don’t like these people in my life. Many friends are doing hate to him as well as I.
Flat should in good environment.
1BHK or 2BHK is enough for me.
Water supply should be 24 hrs in the flat.
Power supply should regular in that area.
Flat should luxurious looking.
I need flat with complete furnishings.
I wanna modern furniture in flat.
I wanna big TV in flat.
I wanna broadband internet connection and also want TV disk range.
I go to walk in the morning so if there is public park, would be better to me.
